ARD Das Erste and UFA Serial Drama are launching the new sketch comedy "SMEILINGEN" with up-and-coming German actors and comedians.

From October 31, 2023, all six episodes will be available in the ARD Mediathek. The linear broadcast will take place on November 1, 2023, at 10:45 p.m. on Das Erste.

With "SMEILINGEN", Das Erste is expanding its range of comedy formats.

The series features up-and-coming German actors and comedians, including Moritz von Zeddelmann, Anna Mateur, Paula Riemann, Mona Sharma, Tim Kalkhof, Johann Bonzheim, Marie Tragousti and Lisa Feller.

In addition, well-known comedians such as Cordula Stratmann, Martina Hill, Christoph Maria Herbst and Bastian Pastewka will make guest appearances.

The show is produced by UFA Serial Drama in co-production with the ARD Degeto for Das Erste.
