Snowfall Warning Extended for Southwestern Nova Scotia

Areas in Kings, Annapolis, and Digby counties affected

The Canadian Weather Service has extended a snowfall warning for southwestern Nova Scotia, with heavy snowfall expected in the region. The warning was initially issued for areas around Digby, Annapolis, and Kings counties, but has since been expanded to include all of southwestern Nova Scotia.

The snow is expected to begin late in the afternoon and continue into the evening, with the heaviest snowfall occurring in the southwest portion of the province. The weather service is warning of possible power outages and travel disruptions due to the snowfall.
